Hi, I'm Sylvia. I'm the creator behind Studio Strix/Owl and Apple Tree Studio. I am based in the Netherlands.

I'm an illustrator, mixed media artist, designer and maker. I'm also an educational assistant.

The inspiration for my work usually comes from nature, spirituality, mythology and fantasy. Animals are front and centre in my work a lot of the time.
